Business Development and Tendering Manager

Region: Riyadh

A Contracting firm based in Dammam, KSA is seeking a KSA-experienced Business Development and Tendering Manager. The ideal candidate must have at least 12-20 years of experience within the KSA market.

Required candidates should have a clear track record in securing and pricing Commercial and Industrial projects in the 50M SR range. Must possess an extensive client base and network within the Eastern Province (Aramco, RC, and private developers). The role requires the ability to build and manage tendering department that utilizes standardized estimation software and rigorous risk-assessment procedures.

Only candidates with a proven win-ratio and strong commercial/negotiation acumen will be entertained.

We are looking for the Best of the Best and most competent candidates with proven history in KSA and we compensate handsomely above market standards accordingly as well for Salaries,Benefits and Incentives,we are not looking for candidates without the KSA proven past track record.
