Female Receptionist / Personal Secretary to Immediate Hiring

Working Details

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours: 6 hours per day

Salary: SAR 2,000 to 3,500 (based on interview and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the CEO/Management

Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems

Coordinate office activities and support internal operations

Handle correspondence and ensure smooth communication flow

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients'

Requirements

Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic not mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and confident personality

Well-organized with attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and basic computer skills

Prior experience in secretarial or administrative roles is preferred
