We are hiring a high-performing BDM covering NSW
Join Athena BioMed to a market leader in distributing premium aesthetic medical devices across Australia and New Zealand. Our flagship brands, MINT PDO Threads, DermaShine Pro Injector, P198 Exosomes and Meta Cell Technologies (The hottest regenerative medical device that has just received TGA) are all No.1 in their categories, with multiple new injectable products scheduled to launch pending TGA approval. This is a unique opportunity to represent trusted brands, manage established accounts, and drive new growth in a booming industry.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Territory and Sales Managers / Business Development Managers to lead sales expansion in your assigned territory. You will manage a loyal client base, open new accounts, and execute growth strategies in the cosmetic and plastic surgery sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships in NSW
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
Hunt for high-value accounts and convert leads into long-term partners
Introduce new product lines as Athena BioMed’s portfolio expands
Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed revenue targets
Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings

About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical aesthetic device or injectable sales (cosmetic, aesthetic, or plastic surgery sectors preferred)
Registered Nursing background is preferred but not essential
A hunter mindset with proven success exceeding sales targets
A well-established network of industry contacts
Strong business development and territory management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Able to work independently and travel extensively within your region
A strategic thinker with passion for aesthetics and medical innovation
