We work for some of Australia's most trusted insurance companies to repair damaged buildings following insurable events such as fire, flood, and storm damage.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Building and Repair Estimator or Supervisor to join our growing team on the Limestone Coast. This is a hybrid role working across both our building and restoration divisions, suited to someone who thrives on variety, professional development and teamwork. This position is also open to someone with general trade experience, and looking to be trained in the estimating field.

Salary based on experience.

The successful candidate will have experience in residential building and maintenance work, a proactive, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow with our restoration division, dealing with flood, fire, and mould damage mitigation. You’ll work closely with our local building repair estimator, clients, trades, and assessors, while also playing a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision Duties: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades. Ensure project delivery meets insurance KPIs and company standards. Conduct quality assurance checks and manage site safety compliance. Liaise with clients and assessors to ensure project progress and transparency.

Development and Restoration: Open to learning flood, fire and mould remediation processes (training provided). Assist in the coordination and attendance of make-safes.. Work closely with our team leader and repair coordinator to develop the region.

Tech-savvy to comfortable with job management software (we use Prime Ecosystem)

A passion for learning and professional development

Driver's license

Trade qualification

Supervisors license

Police clearance

Construction White Card (essential)
