Job Summary: We are seeking a highly professional, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor / Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in restaurant operations, strong guest service skills, and the ability to supervise floor activities while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Support and coordinate with the service team during operating hours.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area at all times.

Monitor staff performance and maintain service standards.

Assist in serving guests efficiently and professionally when needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements: Proven experience in restaurants, hospitality, or food and beverage operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Filipino candidates are preferred.
