Job Title

Field Sales Representative to Mobile Phone Accessories

Work Location

Field-based to Visiting grocery stores and retail shops across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia

(Jeddah to Makkah to Madinah to Taif to Yanbu to Rabigh and surrounding areas)

Job Purpose: To execute sales and distribution of mobile phone accessories to grocery stores and retail shops, build long-term relationships with customers, and achieve the assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Visit grocery stores and retail shops daily according to an approved route plan

Present and sell mobile phone accessories (chargers, phone cases, earphones, etc.)

Identify and open new customers while maintaining existing client relationships

Collect payments and submit them according to company procedures

Monitor customer stock levels and process reorders when needed

Handle customer objections and quality complaints in coordination with management

Execute promotional offers and sales campaigns

Prepare daily and weekly reports on visits, sales, and market feedback

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Age between 23 and 30 years old

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Saudi market

Experience in mobile accessories sales or FMCG distribution is preferred

Good knowledge of grocery store sales channels and field sales practices

Valid Saudi driving license

Valid Iqama (residency permit) to expiry date must be mentioned when applying

Experience with sales systems such as Odoo is preferred

Arabic language proficiency is preferred

Strong commitment, discipline, and work ethic

Required Skills: Excellent communication skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Time management and route planning skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

High level of honesty when handling cash and inventory

Compensation and Benefits Total Fixed Salary: SAR 2,500, SAR 2,000 Basic Salary, SAR 500 Housing Allowance

Sales Commission: 1% on sales and collections

Immediate Kafala transfer (company covers first transfer cost only)

Employment contract for 3 years, renewable for a similar period
