About the role!
You will be engaged primarily in estate administration work and trusted to manage matters with care, momentum and strong communication.
Advising on deceased estate administration matters
Running probate and letters of administration files
Preparing court documents, letters and related estate material
Working directly with executors and beneficiaries
Liaising with banks, asset holders and other relevant parties
Progressing files efficiently while delivering a high standard of client care
What you'll bring!
You will already be established in this area and ready to contribute from day one.
3–5 years PAE in predominantly estate administration (private practice)
Sound experience across probate and estate administration files
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
A careful, organised and commercially sensible approach
Commitment to building a longer-term career in wills and estates
Ability to hit billable targets
