Essential Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's in engineering with 10 years of experience in the gas industry

Prior experience with tradies, the blue-collar workforce, and engineers

Experience in preparing the operational documents

Duties & Responsibilities

Setup and manage the safe and efficient 24/7 operation, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Maintain safety records, enforce protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Responsible for operations, safety, and maintenance, and provide regular updates to management

Lead and support plant operators, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture
