Project Director

Region: Dammam (Dammam)

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Experience Required: 10to15 years of experience in project management

Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or road projects

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project execution

Develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets

Oversee project teams, consultants, and contractors

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Monitor project performance, risks, and quality standards

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proven leadership experience in large-scale projects

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
