Procurement Manager

Region: Dammam (Dammam)

We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead and manage all procurement activities.

Experience Required: 10to15 years of procurement experience, must be in a construction company

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction projects

Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and vendors

Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely material delivery

Monitor project budgets and control procurement costs

Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in construction procurement (roads, infrastructure, or buildings)

Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and materials

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
