Duty Manager to North Shore Tavern (Sunshine Coast)
North Shore Tavern is a privately owned, highly successful venue on the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced venue, offering the opportunity to work with a strong team and contribute to a well-established operation.
About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support staff across all areas of the venue
Provide strong leadership across bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
Maintain venue procedures, policies, and compliance standards
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations
Skills and Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar role (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of hotel/venue operations and procedures
Experience in bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Hands-on, proactive approach
Requirements
Current QLD RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications
Availability to work a varied roster, including evenings, weekends, and late nights
