Miller Leith is partnering with a top-tier Melbourne law firm to recruit experienced Legal Assistants and Senior Legal Assistants to support their highly regarded Personal Injury and Institutional Abuse practice groups.

The Roles Junior and Senior Legal Assistant to General Personal Injury and Institutional Abuse

Supporting a high-performing team on general personal injury matters.

Hybrid model with two days working from home and the remainder in the office.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end file management

Drafting, preparing and filing court documents

Diary management and monitoring deadlines

Client, Counsel, Court and stakeholder correspondence

Preparing briefs to Counsel and arranging appointments

Providing comprehensive litigation support

About You

2+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant (personal injury and/or institutional abuse)

Strong litigation support experience

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, team-oriented and client-focused
