The Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced and driven Registered Architect or Experienced Graduate Architect to join our team in a full-time role.

This is a design-focused position, with a strong emphasis on developing and resolving high-end residential concepts from early sketch through to documentation and delivery.

You will have the opportunity to:

Contribute meaningfully to the design direction of bespoke residential projects

Develop and resolve concept design outcomes through all project stages

Lead and produce town planning and construction documentation

Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and project teams

Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment

You’ll be joining a self-motivated and supportive team within a fast-paced creative office located on Melbourne’s city fringe.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is both design-driven and technically capable, with experience in high-end residential projects.

Essential:

Minimum 5+ years local experience in high-end residential architecture

Strong conceptual design ability, with the confidence to develop and resolve design ideas

Experience delivering bespoke, architecturally designed homes (not volume housing)

Advanced proficiency in Revit (design and documentation workflows)

High level of digital presentation skills (Adobe Suite preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and design resolution

Highly Regarded:

Registered Architect (ARBV) or working towards registration

Experience presenting to clients and leading design discussions

Proven ability to coordinate consultants across all stages

Experience managing project timelines and delivering projects efficiently
