Coordinator for Support Power Contracting EST (SPC)

Region: Dammam (Jubail)

We are looking for a well experience Coordinator for or manpower supply company (Support Power Contracting Est)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Coordination

Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements

Receive job orders and confirm details (number of workers, skills, location, duration)

Maintain regular follow-up with clients for feedback and future needs

2. Workforce Planning and Deployment

Arrange suitable workers based on client requirements

Coordinate mobilization, site joining, and replacements if needed

Ensure timely deployment of manpower to different project sites

3. Documentation and Compliance

Handle employee documents (ID, visa, licenses, certifications, contracts)

Ensure all workers meet legal and company requirements

Maintain records of attendance, timesheets, and work permits

4. Communication and Reporting

Act as a link between workers, clients, and management

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (attendance, performance, issues)

Report any operational problems or incidents immediately

5. Payroll and Billing Support

Verify timesheets and working hours

Assist in invoice preparation based on approved hours

Coordinate with accounts for salary and payment processing

6. Problem Solving and Worker Support

Handle worker complaints, site issues, and emergencies

Arrange accommodation, transport, and basic needs if required

Ensure discipline and proper conduct of workers on site

7. Recruitment Support

Assist in sourcing and selecting workers when needed

Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding

8. Compliance with Safety and Company Policies

Ensure workers follow site safety rules and regulations

Coordinate for PPE (helmet, safety shoes, etc.) distribution

Monitor adherence to company policies and labor laws
