The opportunity
Vossloh Switch Systems Australia is transforming its Supply Chain function and at the centre of that transformation is data integrity.
We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator who understands that behind every successful procurement decision, production schedule and financial outcome is accurate, structured and well-governed data.
This is a role with real influence.
You won’t just maintain data you will define standards, enforce governance and enable the business to operate with confidence.
As Master Data Coordinator, you will act as the gatekeeper of ERP data integrity, ensuring that every item, supplier, BOM and planning parameter is accurate, consistent and aligned across the business.
You will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Finance playing a critical role in enabling SandOP, procurement and manufacturing operations to run effectively.

Support implementation and optimisation of ERP systems and procurement processes
Strengthening supplier performance, delivery reliability and operational visibility
Building a structured, capable and accountable procurement team
Supporting the growth of a critical Australian manufacturing operation
Key responsibilities
Manage the creation, maintenance and governance of master data (items, vendors, BOMs, routings)
Act as the central point for data requests, approvals and data integrity controls
Maintain and improve critical planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, MOQ, reorder points)
Conduct data audits and cleansing activities to ensure system accuracy
Troubleshoot ERP data issues impacting transactional flow
Develop and maintain SOPs and data governance frameworks
Provide training and guidance across the business on data standards and processes
About you
You are detail-driven, systems-oriented, and understand how data underpins operational success.
You will bring:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., Data Science or Commerce) ideal.
3to5 years’ experience in a data-focused role (manufacturing/supply chain)
Strong ERP experience (SAP, SYSPRO or similar)
Advanced Excel capability
High attention to detail and systems thinking
You take pride in getting the detail right because you know small data errors can have big operational impacts.
