Job Description
Looking for structured supervision, mentoring and CPD opportunities, we've got you!

Based in Tuggerah, you'll provide support to NDIS participants living across the broader Central Coast, Tuggerah and Wyong region (depending on where you live) whilst working in a diverse team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behavior Support Practitioners. You'll support participants in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.
We offer an environment to learn and grow together, you'll have access to weekly supervision with your team leader, discipline specific team meetings, team building events, and regular CPD. Responsibilities will include:
Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
