About the role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead dynamic fitness classes in Council?run recreation facilities, inspiring participants to stay active and reach their fitness goals. Your expertise in choreography, cueing, counting, and instruction will ensure classes are safe, effective, and enjoyable. You’ll create a welcoming and positive workout environment while promoting Council facilities in a professional and community?focused way.

Remuneration

Starting at 65 per hour (dependent on skills) + 25% casual loading + Superannuation 

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

Professionally trained and certified by a nationally recognised organization to teach individuals in the specific class type required, providing safe and effective exercises.

Ability to organise work, manage time, and complete multiple tasks with attention to detail

Good communication skills

Commitment to customer service.

Ability and confidence to network and build rapport
