Little Growers Paediatric Therapy is looking for another Speech Pathologist to join our growing team!

This role would be suitable for new graduate, early career or experienced Speech Pathologists.

We are a mobile and clinic based service, and are supportive of providing you with clients near your home/in your preferred areas where possible! We support children 2-18 years with communication needs, including: AAC, behaviour, literacy, early intervention, and speech sounds, language, fussy eating as well as specialised services in orofacial myology.

We are a small, close-knit team that prioritise a healthy work-life balance and ensuring that our staff are well supported and provided with as many learning opportunities as possible.

What we offer:

Part time and full time opportunities available.

Weekly supervision with our director (5 years of experience) and fortnightly team meetings.

A comprehensive induction program over your first 6 months with us where you will be supported with SMART goal setting, joint assessments, comprehensive handovers and PD opportunities.

A Mac-book and I pad with speech pathology apps for client use.

Build up to four - five clients per day (including travel).

$1500 per year allocated towards PD development of your choice!

Bi-annual salary review opportunities.

Termly staff events in the school holidays to celebrate the term. Staff input for these events are welcome!

Kilometre reimbursement for personal vehicle use.

Friday half day client free for administration/follow up, supervision, team meetings, resource making and business development.

Opportunities to collaborate with other allied health professionals.
