The Bayview Hotel’s refurbishment is complete, and we’re excited to have recently reopened. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our team across bar and floor operations.

Dreaming of a sea change? This is a great opportunity for working holiday makers looking to live and work on the beautiful NSW South Coast to no need to already be based locally!

What we’re looking for:

Hospitality experience preferred, but not essential to we’ll train the right people

A positive attitude and strong team spirit

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Valid Australian work rights

Current RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
