We are seeking a design-led stylist with strong instinct and presence to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced styling role combining:

Creative direction

Onsite execution

Client interaction

You will work across multiple properties, taking each project from concept through to full installation.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret each property and develop a clear styling direction

Select and curate furniture, artwork and décor

Execute full installs onsite with precision and pace

Collaborate with the styling and logistics team

Manage multiple styling projects simultaneously

Liaise with clients and real estate agents

Maintain a consistently high standard of presentation

What We’re Looking For

Experience in property styling, interior styling or visual merchandising (3+ years preferred)

A strong eye for composition, scale and detail

Confidence making decisions quickly and intuitively onsite

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Highly organised with strong time management

Polished, professional and client-facing
