Lead and mentor the clinical team to create a culture of clinical excellence in this large Aged Care home near Bendigo.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a resident-centric culture within the home

Clinical and Operational scope

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards and policies

Care Planning, Rostering, Reporting

Education

Key Requirements:

AHPRA Registered Nurse

Experience as Clinical Manager in Aged Care

Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Standards

Change Management Experience

Strong Leadership Skills
