What We Need
A results-driven hunter with solid experience in ground freight transportation sales, specifically:
Flatbed trucks
Curtain side trucks
10 Ton and 5 Ton trucks
Dry, ambient, and temperature-controlled transport
You must understand the Saudi market and be able close deals fast.
You’re Mission
Bring new business from Day 1
Open doors using your existing network and relationships
Close deals with:
FMCG companies
Pharma / cold-chain clients
Industrial and retail sectors
Hit and exceed aggressive sales targets
Work closely with operations ensure client satisfaction and retention
Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Minimum 5+ years in B2B transportation / freight sales
Proven track record of closing deals consistently
Strong existing client base / active leads in KSA
Deep understanding of:
Trucking types (flatbed, curtain side, etc.)
Cold-chain logistics
Highly presentable, confident, and professional
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Compensation:
Competitive base salary
HIGH commission structure (uncapped)
