Skills and experience

You will be a Wills and Estates Planning Lawyer at the Special Counsel or Partner level.

Your new role

Will see reporting to the National Managing Partner of this mid-tier law firm.

You will undertake Estate and Succession Planning, Wills and Deceased Estates and Estates litigation.  Represent high and ultra-high net worth clients in Australia, individuals and companies on grants of representation, estate administration, and estate disputes, including family provision claims and the construction and interpretation of complex wills.
