Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and passionate Support Workers to join our expanding team. We currently have multiple participants ready to be matched, offering consistent shifts and long-term opportunities.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred supports in participants’ homes and within the community.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting community access and social participation

Providing personal care and daily living assistance

Delivering capacity building and skill development supports

Providing behavioural and psychosocial support where required

Maintaining accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reporting

This role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Essential Requirements:

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (Employee)

National Police Check

First Aid and CPR

Current Driver’s Licence (reliable vehicle preferred)

Relevant qualification (Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Nursing qualifications or demonstrated industry experience

Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
