Position: Retail Customer Service Officer About the opportunity As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one. And while they do, they're supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.

Role Details:

Casual position with flexible hours guaranteed at least 15 hours per week

Opportunity to transition to a full-time position for the right candidate

Rostered shifts between Monday to Friday | 8:55am to 5:00pm

Full training will be provided to the right candidate

About you:

You're friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, and you love working in a team environment.

You're ready to put the customer at the centre of everything you do to help make a difference in the community.

Have experience in customer service and/or cash handling.

Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only

Be reliable and stable for ongoing work along with your available days and times.
