WHO WE NEED
Experienced Barbers Only: Minimum 3-5+ years in a professional shop
Availability: Must work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Skills: Expert scissor and clipper work, styling, beard trims and customer service
Work Ethic: Punctual, professional and team-oriented
Presentation: Well-groomed, polished, and professional
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with unrestricted work rights
Bonus Skills: Hair colouring, bleaching, treatments, and facial waxing
YOUR ROLE
Precision Barbering: High-end haircuts, beard trims, styling and grooming
Client Consultation: Personalised hair care and product recommendations
Luxury Services: Hot towel treatments, steam facials and premium bar service
Commission Sales: Promoting the sale of products to clientele
Appointment Management and Rebooking's: Using Fresha booking system
Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation standards
