Main tasks
Prepares QC inspection reports/ documentation based on his findingsMaintains QC records and reports efficientlyReports all product/ procedure non-conformity to his superiorPerforms visual inspections, measurements and necessary functional testing on manufactured productsConducts routine inspection of products to ensure that the product meets 100% Franke Quality StandardsControls and maintains quality standards for the products which company manufacturesDouble-checks product quantities as per the requirement/ shop order.Working together with manufacturing, set up and maintain lean manufacturing processes in the plant Identifies root cause of quality issues/ faulty product and provides feedback to superior Works with concerned department and immediate supervisor to resolve quality issues
Requirements: Technical background, preferably in related production technologies (e.g., quality, assembly, pressing, welding) Strong process/project management capabilities. We are looking for a QC Coordinator to support our Quality team for documentation and reporting. With technical background and preferably coming from Computer/IT/Administrative field. With 2 - 3 years experience. with the subject QC Coordinator Applicant.
