Supervisor Needed – Shutdown Work

Supervisor – Shutdown, Tronox Muchea, April–May 2026

Global Resource Support is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a shutdown at Tronox – Muchea, WA.

This is a DIDO opportunity from Perth, overseeing mechanical works across a major shutdown project.

Shutdown Details

Location: Muchea

Roster: DIDO from Perth/Accomodation may be applicable or daily travel allowance

Start Date: IMMEDIATE START

Finish Date: APPROX End of May/June 2026 (TBC)

Scope: Kiln, Cooler and Scrubber Mechanical Works and Steel Erection

About the Role

You will be a leader of a group of tradies, and different skill sets, led by example and be a problem solver. Responsible for SOW, emerging works and be able to think outside the box, leading and coordinating your team. Be part of a team that can and will make it happen, be part of the project as the crews will move from job to job. Paperwork and record keeping are a must as you will be responsible for your work orders and time sheets daily. In this role you will be supported by a fantastic group of individuals that work as one to make our projects a success.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience working as a Supervisor within shutdown or maintenance environments, a high level achiever.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and manage crews on site

Construction White Card

Working at Heights and Confined Space (issued within 2 years)

Current valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Full Australian working rights

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Screen
