With a blue-chip client base they have achieved significant scale through a successful track record of bolt-on acquisitions and organic growth. As part of this next phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a high?calibre Senior FPandA Analyst to strengthen financial planning, forecasting and commercial insight across the Group for an initial six month Contract with the potential to go permanent.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of FP and A, this role plays a critical part in enhancing the Group’s financial planning and commercial decision?making capability. You will own and continuously improve the integrated three?statement financial model and deliver robust forecasting and insight that supports Executive and Board?level decisions. Operating at the centre of strategic planning, capital allocation and performance management, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, the Executive team and operational functions, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive value creation and scalable growth. Key responsibilities will include:

Owning and enhancing the Group’s three?statement financial model (PandL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Leading long?range forecasting, driver?based planning and scenario modelling.

Supporting budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the business.

Preparing monthly Board packs, performance reporting and Executive commentary.

Delivering detailed variance analysis across revenue, margins, costs and cash.

Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards to improve insight and visibility.

Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities.

Modelling business cases for new products, pricing initiatives and strategic investment.

Supporting ad hoc Executive and private?equity related analysis.

Contributing to the ongoing development and uplift of the FP and A function.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially focused FPandA professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders in a fast?moving, high?growth environment. You will bring:

CA or CPA qualifications

Ideally a Big 4 background

Proven experience in FP and A or commercial finance roles

Exposure to SaaS, fintech or technology?enabled businesses

Strong experience managing budgeting and forecasting cycles

Advanced three?statement financial modelling capability

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

The ability to translate data into clear commercial insight

Confident communication skills with senior stakeholders
