35 to 50 (Team Leader Role)

You will be working across residential heating, cooling, and hot water installations, with a strong focus on delivering high quality outcomes for homeowners.

The role includes gas ducted heater changeovers, ducted reverse cycle systems with zoning, split and multi split installations, and heat pump hot water systems.

You will be part of a small, well organised team where jobs are properly planned before arrival, allowing you to focus on completing installs to a high standard rather than rushing through volume work.

A key part of this role is customer interaction. You will be working in occupied homes and are expected to communicate clearly with customers on site, explain the work being carried out, and ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout the installation.

We place a strong emphasis on presentation, cleanliness, and overall customer experience. Every job should be completed to a high standard both technically and visually.

Requirements

Applicants must:

Be a registered plumber or registered refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic in Victoria, or have completed trade school in one of these trades and be eligible for registration

Have strong experience with ducted heating and cooling systems

Have experience with split system installations

Be confident communicating with customers on site

Take pride in clean, well presented work

Be reliable and able to work within a team

Preferred Experience

Registered or Licensed plumber or licensed refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic

Experience with gas ducted heater changeovers

Experience with heat pump hot water systems

Experience with zoning systems such as Airtouch 5

Ability to run jobs independently

Pay and Progression

Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Higher rates available for licensed tradespeople
