ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to Jac + Jack EMPORIUM

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced retail professional to join our Strand Arcade boutique as an Assistant Store Manager. Lead alongside the Store Manager to deliver an inspiring customer experience in a beautifully curated brand environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving store performance, leading by example, and fostering a supportive work culture.

Set the standard for service and sales, motivating the team to deliver an exceptional Jac + Jack experience.

Build lasting client relationships through authentic and thoughtful interactions.

Assist in rostering, ensuring the best support for both the team and the business.

Implement store-level initiatives and training to achieve results.

Ensure the store presentation reflects the brand’s direction and seasonal inspiration.

Share valuable feedback with the Head Office team on customer preferences and market trends.

Contribute to weekly business reporting and weekly management calls, offering thoughtful insights and solution-driven feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

Client-centric with a natural ability to connect and maintain customer relationships. 

1-2 years of retail management experience required, preferably in the fashion industry.
