about the role

As a residential cleaner, you're the heart of our service — the one who turns messy into magic. You'll visit regular clients in the Bayswater/Knox/Rowville/Berwick areas, clean their homes to a professional finish, and make sure every visit leaves the place spotless and fresh.

This role is part-time, Monday to Friday, and perfect for someone who's reliable, detail-driven, and takes pride in their work.

You'll:

clean and sanitise all rooms, surfaces and fixtures vacuum, mop, dust and polish so everything shines clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a professional standard wash, dry, fold and put away laundry as needed tidy and organise to create calm, welcoming spaces care for cleaning tools and restock supplies provide friendly, respectful service to every client about you

You're someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys making homes feel beautiful again.

To thrive here, you'll: have a valid victorian driver's licence and your own car (must-have) bring previous cleaning experience or strong home-care skills have previous residential cleaning experience have great attention to detail and time management be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy stay friendly and professional with clients be physically fit and comfortable bending, lifting and moving all day know your way around common cleaning products and happy to learn our methods hold valid Australian work rights or work visa why work with us consistent, part-time hours — no weekends competitive hourly rate: 25to35 p/h (experience-based) supportive team and hands-on training meaningful work that genuinely helps people a local company that values quality, care, and its people
