About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our production team on day and afternoon shift. These are full-time positions offering stable, ongoing employment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, responsible for supporting the production, packaging and quality control of our products.

This role starts at entry level, but if you’re an experienced production operator, we have structured pathways for rapid development and promotion - your experience could fast-track your progression.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

Assisting on the production line with packing and preparing products

Operating equipment (full training provided)

Working with raw and cooked meat products in a temperature-controlled environment

Completing basic manual handling tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements

Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures

Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

About You

We’re looking for reliable team players who are ready to learn. To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Be committed to working safely at all times

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

Be able to stand for long periods during your shift

Be able to regularly lift items between 15to20kg

Be comfortable working in chilled temperature rooms

Be able to follow instructions and workplace procedures

Work well both independently and as part of a team

You must be available for full-time hours and willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. Full on-the-job training is provided.

To be eligible for this position, you must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
