Management Accountant - Aged Care

A well-established organisation within the care sector is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across financial reporting, analysis and operational finance, working closely with both finance and key stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting planning and contributing to ongoing improvements across finance processes and performance.

Key responsibilities

Own and support month-end processes

Contribute to management reporting and performance analysis

Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting

Support revenue processes and compliance reporting

Assist with financial modelling and ad hoc analysis

Maintain financial controls and support audit processes

Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

About you

Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance

CPA / CA qualified or working towards

Experience within aged care or healthcare environment

Strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting

Confident working with stakeholders across the business

Strong Excel skills and overall systems capability

High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
