Job Overview: Food House Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bakery Production Supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality production, maintain hygiene standards, and lead the team efficiently to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily bakery production operations

Manage and monitor bakery staff performance

Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards

Handle inventory planning, ordering, and stock control

Monitor food cost and control wastage

Train and guide team members to improve performance

Requirements: 7to8 years of experience in bakery or restaurant operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Experience in inventory and cost control

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
