Based in Greendale, (Penrith area) we are currently looking for an experienced  Forklift Driver to join the team in an ongoing production facility.

What's in it for you:

Hourly pay rate:34.46 Forklift Driver + Super

Consistent weekly hours, start times to 6.30 am-4.30 pm/Monday to Thursday (Must be flexible)

Working with Poultry products- Eggs

Refrigerated environment to Fully air-conditioned

Ongoing, long-term position with an immediate start- temp  to perm position

Duties will include:

Loading of products onto a conveyor and racking

Forklift driving

Replenishing and loading and unloading

Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean workspace

Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools

Work effectively in a cold environment

Identify and escalate Food Safety and Quality issues, hazards, and risks

Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks

Be an active, committed, and reliable team member

Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions and procedures accurately

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

Be reliable and punctual, and work up to 10 hours a day over four days and enjoy a long weekend every weekend

Forklift license essential

You need to have a reliable car and a current driver's licence.

Be physically fit and able to lift from 5 to 15 kgs

Possess good communication skills- both written and verbal

Follow strict food safety and workplace safety procedures

You must live in Australia and have full working rights to apply for this position to and be able to work 38 hrs per week over four days.
