Based in Hobart, this permanent role will see you working across our southern operations, leading a small site team while delivering high-quality solar and electrical installations.

About the Role

Lead and supervise a small on-site team

Deliver residential and commercial solar installations

Mentor and support apprentices

Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication

Ensure all work meets high safety and quality standards

What You'll Bring

Current A-Grade Electrical Licence

Valid Driver's Licence and White Card

SAA Solar Accreditation (or solid solar experience with willingness to obtain)

Candidates without SAA Solar Accreditation are eligible if they have strong solar experience and are willing to obtain the accreditation outside business hours

Proven solar installation experience

Strong leadership or supervisory capability

A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused attitude
