The Opportunity

We're looking for a qualified fabricator / welder who can do more than just follow instructions.

We want someone who:

Thinks ahead

Takes ownership of their work

Can adapt when plans don't match reality

Actually gives a damn about the end result

What You'll Be Doing

Structural steel installation on active construction sites

Modifying steel to suit "as built" conditions

Reading drawings and working through real-world inconsistencies

Welding and fabrication to a high standard

Working both on-site and in-house depending on workload

The Reality of the Role

This is physical, hands-on work in real environments:

Lifting and handling steel (25–30kg)

Working at heights and in active construction zones

Exposure to weather and changing site conditions

Fast-moving jobs where plans can shift quickly

We operate in the real world to not a workshop bubble.

What We Expect

Trade qualified (Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder)

Experience with structural steel installation

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Problem-solving mindset to not just "tell me what to do"

Reliable, accountable, and switched on

Pride in quality and safety

Australian citizenship required

Most importantly:

We're looking for someone who wants to improve and take ownership of their work.
