Requirements: Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Prepare letters, reports, memos, and meeting minutes
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
