Solution Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY: Architech is currently seeking a Solution Engineer. This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience, entrepreneurial zeal and boardroom polish. You will work as a member of Architech’s Solutions team to define market-leading offerings for our mid-market and enterprise clients.

All of this is done in a human-centric way. Your role within the interdisciplinary Solutions team will vary from pitch to project.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing solutions that enhance and extend consumer experiences. Helping organizations find top-line growth and/or bottom line efficiencies. Helping clients develop new growth options within existing brands. Designing compelling value propositions for customers and consumers. Designing new products, services and consumer experiences that stretch and test a company’s capabilities. Designing organizational structures and strategic assets to help companies be more innovative. Using discovery-driven planning to prototype new business ventures. Collaborate with, learn from and contribute to our community of technical leads, sales engineers and other consultants at Architech.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Experience in business model design, technical analysis, and implementation in a mid-size or enterprise business. A Masters in business (or equivalent experience) with an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, or design is ideal. Broad range of systems experience (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI, Financial, ECommerce) considered an asset. Operational experience taking offerings to market for clients in a variety of industries. Ability to combine rigorous business acumen across all of the following areas, along with depth in one or two: Marketing (Product or Brand), Product Development, Organizational Behaviour, Operations, Finance. Technical understanding in a range of web services and a strong understanding of three or more of the following platforms: Java, Web-mobile, iOS, Android, .Net. Ability to work with ambiguity in a dynamic environment in multidisciplinary teams.
