About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Professional Experience Coordinator (Early Childhood Education) to join the team at CIHE Australia. This is a full-time position based in our Perth campus. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the practical placement program for our Early Childhood Education students, ensuring they gain valuable on-the-job experience to complement their studies.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with early childhood education providers to establish and maintain partnerships for student placements

Coordinate the scheduling, monitoring and assessment of student placements

Provide support and guidance to students throughout their practical experience

Ensure all placement paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time

Collaborate with academic staff to integrate practical experience with theoretical learning

Continuously evaluate and improve the practical experience program

Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on student progress and placement outcomes

What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar coordinator or placement management role

Strong understanding of early childhood education curriculum and practical requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, academics and industry partners

Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

Proficient in using student information systems and data management tools

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
