Supervisor to Power and Control Panel Boards

Region: Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to Power and Control Panel Boards to oversee the assembly, wiring, testing, and installation of low-voltage power and control panels. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards, compliance with specifications, and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities of power and control panel boards

Lead and manage a team of technicians and electricians

Ensure correct assembly, wiring, and testing as per drawings and specifications

Review electrical schematics, GA drawings, and panel layouts

Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery timelines

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and project teams

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions

Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and leadership abilities

Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in panel board manufacturing

Strong knowledge of LV panels, MCC, PCC, control panels, and PLC systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams

Experience in testing and commissioning of panels

Leadership and team management skills

Familiarity with international standards (IEC, etc.) is preferred

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia

Transferable Iqama (ready for immediate transfer)
