Automotive Service Advisor
(Arab Speaking/ Saudi National)
Qualifications and Experience:
High School degree or Diploma.
1-3 years’ experience in relevant role.
Responsibilities: Customer Interaction and Service Consultation
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
Discuss customer concerns, vehicle issues, or maintenance needs to understand their requirements.
Perform an initial inspection of the vehicle and gather critical information, such as mileage and service history.
Recommend appropriate services, including tyre replacement, wheel alignment, oil change, and other car care services.
Provide detailed explanations of services and costs to customers, ensuring transparency.
Service Scheduling and Coordination
Schedule customer appointments for maintenance or repair services.
Coordinate with Technical team lead to ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor service progress and keep customers informed of any delays or additional issues discovered during servicing.
Prioritize service requests based on customer urgency, workload, and technician availability.
Product and Service Upselling
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as premium lubricants, extended warranties, or seasonal maintenance packages.
Educate customers on the benefits of specific products like high-performance tyres or synthetic oils.
Promote special offers, discounts, or loyalty programs to enhance customer value.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating unresolved issues to management if necessary.
Collect and document customer feedback to improve service quality.
Administrative Duties: Prepare and provide accurate invoices and service estimates for customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer vehicle history, including past services and repairs.
Quality Assurance
Conduct post-service follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
Perform final checks on completed services to ensure quality and accuracy before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
Ensure that all vehicles meet company standards in terms of cleanliness and service quality.
Team Collaboration
Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication of service needs and updates.
Coordinate with the inventory team to check the availability of tyres, lubricants, and other car care products.
Salary: 5000 to 6000SAR
