About Us
Move Improve Performance is a mobile allied health service delivering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, allied health assistant, occupational therapy and acupuncture across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches. We focus on providing high-quality, evidence-based care in the home, particularly for older adults and individuals with complex or chronic conditions.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (3–4+ years) to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to maintain your workload or develop your hours over time.
This is a mobile role delivering services across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive OT assessments and structured reassessments
Complete functional capacity assessments and home environment assessments
Prescribe assistive technology and home modifications
Develop tailored intervention plans focused on independence and safety
Communicate effectively with clients, families, support coordinators, case managers and the wider healthcare team
Maintain concise and timely documentation and reports
Work towards meaningful functional outcomes
Help develop protocols and contribute to CPD within the team
About You
Full Australian working rights
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
3–4+ years relevant clinical experience
Able to perform home visits and travel to North Shore and Northern Beaches
Valid NSW driver’s license and own car
Current First Aid, CPR, and Police Check
