Key Responsibilities:

- Create and perfect a diverse range of dumpling recipes, including traditional and contemporary variations. 

- Collaborate with the head chef to design and execute seasonal menus that highlight our signature dumplings. 

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. 

- Train and mentor kitchen staff in dumpling preparation techniques and best practices. 

- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into our offerings.  to Ensure efficient kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a chef, with a strong focus on dumpling preparation and Asian cuisine. 

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-end restaurant setting. 

- Exceptional knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. 

- Strong creativity and passion for food, with an eye for detail in presentation. 

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
