Entelechy Therapy is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team in Fitzroy North. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with children, young people and families across language, literacy, speech sounds, social communication, autism, ADHD and developmental presentations.

Entelechy Therapy is a multidisciplinary psychology and speech pathology practice in Fitzroy North. We support children, young people and families through assessment, therapy, consultation and collaborative care.

The role

A paediatric caseload across areas such as:

Language development

Literacy

Speech sounds

Social communication

Autism and ADHD

Developmental language disorder

Broader developmental presentations

The role includes a mix of clinic-based therapy, school and kindergarten consultation, home visits where appropriate, and collaboration with psychologists as part of multidisciplinary autism and developmental assessments.

You will also have protected time for notes, report writing and planning.

We are open to applicants seeking 3–5 days per week, and the role can be shaped around your experience and interests.

About you

You are a warm, reflective and thoughtful Speech Pathologist who enjoys supporting children, young people and families.

You will have:

A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

Membership with Speech Pathology Australia

Experience or strong interest in paediatrics

Highly preferred a minimum 1-2 years of paediatric speech pathology experience, with new graduates welcome to apply

A family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

You will also have, or be willing to obtain:

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

National Police Check

First Aid certificate

Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
