We’re looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing team in South Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise across diverse, occupation-centred work, including ADL and Workplace Assessments, ensuring no two days are ever the same. We can offer this role with flexible hours or part time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assessing injured workers (physical and psychological) to help them safely return to work.

Conducting workplace assessments to identify physical and psychological demands and create tailored rehabilitation plans.

Providing expert clinical opinions and writing detailed reports.

Performing ADL Assessments, coordinating services, and prescribing necessary equipment.

Managing complex injury cases, collaborating with doctors and healthcare professionals for the best recovery outcomes.

Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll also lead and oversee injury prevention services, such as:

Pre-Employment Assessments (drug and alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, vision, functional testing).

Job Dictionary Development—documenting essential job demands for workplace rehabilitation.

Manual Task Risk Assessments to enhance workplace safety.

Interactive Manual Handling Training and Warm-up Programs to prevent injuries.

Ergonomic Assessments across workplaces, homes, and vehicles.

Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
