We are hiring an experienced Italian Restaurant Manager.

Requirements: Strong experience in managing Italian restaurants

Ability to create and develop Italian food menus

Experience in production planning and kitchen operations

Ensure high food quality and consistency standards

Ability to control food cost, inventory, and staff performance

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of customer service and restaurant operations

Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational efficiency

English communication skills required

Responsibilities:

Managing daily restaurant operations

Developing and improving menu items

Supervising kitchen production and service quality

Monitoring hygiene and food safety standards

Training and managing staff performance

Ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth
