Vice Principal

Position Details: The College is seeking a strategic, future-focused Vice Principal to join the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The Vice Principal plays a vital role in staff development and leading learning of the College. In close partnership with the Principal, the Vice Principal will be a driving force behind the College improvement agenda, educational vision, and shared commitment to mission.

Position Description:

Full-time, fixed-term position for ten (10) year for the period 1/01/2027 to 31/12/2036.

Selection Criteria:

Essential: Be a committed Catholic leader who demonstrates active Christian witness

Have demonstrated skills and competencies commensurate with a Senior Leadership role as indicated in the CEWA Leadership Framework

 Have experience in a Senior Leadership position

Have completed Accreditation for Leadership in Catholic Schools

Have demonstrated a high level of interpersonal skills

Develop relationships with all staff, students and family members in such a manner as to support the College community

Have a demonstrated commitment to Child Safety and Protection consistent with the CEWA Child Safe Framework

Have a minimum of seven years educational experience

Have current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA)

Have a current Working with Children card.

Desirable:

The successful applicant will: Have a related Master’s qualification
