Dispatch Coordinator

Region: Jeddah (Jeddah)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time

Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks

Add new products to the website with accurate details and pricing

Update stock availability on the online store

Upload and manage product images on the website

Handle customer inquiries professionally and assist with order-related issues

Requirements: Candidate must currently be based in Saudi Arabia

Basic computer and mobile application skills

Good communication and organizational skills

Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus

Responsible, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
